Pintos and Cheese – Pureed Food

pinto-pureeIngredients:
-1 can of Pinto beans with onion
-2 tbsp. shredded 2% milk cheddar cheese
-1-2 Tbsp. low-sugar enchilada sauce
-1 scoop Bari Clear Protein Powder

Directions: Place pinto beans with onions, enchilada sauce, and Bari-Clear into a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into dish and cover with 2 tbsp. of shredded 2% milk cheddar cheese. Microwave mixture for 90 seconds or until heated through and bubbly – stir well to combine the cheese.
