I was 293 at my pre-op weigh in and lost 80% of my weight within the first 4 months and now I’m at 211. I went from a size XXL to an L in shirts and 42 to 33 in the waist. I’ve been very consistent with working out and having a high protein diet. I’ve educated myself a lot about good healthy foods and supplements to take to maintain my weight loss and continue my journey.
