Procedure: Gastric Sleeve

I was 23 years old and 325 pounds. I had no energy, no drive, no life. I had social anxiety so bad that most days I wouldn’t even leave the house. I had zero social life. I was miserable, and I was so young. I tried everything from diet, and exercise to pills and gimmicks. I had PCOS, so losing weight on my own was not an option. When I met the doctor at DFW Bariatrics he made me realize that I had a future. He made me feel very comfortable with everything and I knew that because of him, my life would change. DFW Bariatrics saved my life. I have lost 106 pounds, and although I still have a ways to go I am happier, healthier, and full of life again. There is no greater feeling than setting a goal for yourself and going above and beyond reaching it. Every milestone I have hit with my weight loss journey, I have grown more and more thankful for DFW Bariatrics and my new life. This is the best decision I have ever made.
