My Story: Life after Surgery has been a a drastic change for me. People are giving me good compliments everyday. I look at myself in a positive way now.

Playing golf and other sports with friends and family has been amazing. I don’t have to stop after a few tosses of the football because I am out of breath. My diet has changed and I can even jog a few miles now. Before surgery I had a hard time just walking to the mailbox without being tired and out of breath. I can now put a pair of socks on without any problems. All the little things that were tough to do are now really simple.

I am still not at my goal weight of 150 but i am working very hard at it. Today on my scale at home I weighed in at 177. This has totally started a new life for me because of losing weight.
