Procedure: Gastric Sleeve

My Story: When I came to DFW Bariatrics I was at a point in my life , where I needed help right away. My mom had just passed away unexpectedly and I did not want to leave my children that way. I have been overweight most of my life. I consulted with DFW Bariatrics and told him I wanted to save my life, and he did. Now I ride roller coasters with my kids and listen to them complain that they cannot keep up. I just laugh and move on. It’s funny. I used to have to sit and rest every few minuets. Now I can just go. I have done a breast cancer walk with my daughter. Zumba is my next thing. I am enjoying life for the first time in a long time. I can actually tell my husband “Hey does this make me look fat?” And then just giggle because dang its 10 sizes smaller than I used to wear. The doctors and staff at DFW Bariatrics are amazing and I have recommended several people to him. All my health issues are gone, and I feel like I am ready for the rest of my life. Thank you guys so much.
