In the first 90 days of my new life, I broke the 70 lbs mark with 71 lbs lost.  I was wearing an XL shirt with a 40 inch waist before the procedure and now I wear a SM shirt with a 30 inch waist.  I weigh less than I did at my HS graduation. Only 14 more pounds until I hit my target of 85 lbs lost. I’m riding 100+ miles per week on my spin bike and feeling great.  Additionally, I’ve lost a few personal labels – no more Type II diabetic, no more Mr. High Blood Pressure and my cholesterol is near normal.
